Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Maida/Atta
  • 2 Cups Finely powdered sugar
  • 1+ 1/4 Cups Oil
  • 1 Big pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Line a baking/cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix oil, sugar, flour and salt. Mix together and knead the dough until everything comes together.
  • (If the mixture feels too crumbly or dry, add more oil. If the mixture feels too wet, add more flour.)
  • Take out a small piece of dough and roll it into a ball.
  • Flatten the ball with your palms and poke a few holes using a fork or make any other design you wish.
  • Bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes until the sides become golden.
  • Cookies will be soft when warm, let them cool down on the baking sheet. If they're soft even after cooling, bake again for another 5-8 minutes.
